\"\"COMES NOW THAT OUR COUNTRY IS EMBROILED IN TOURMOIL FROM LIFELONG DESPOTIC POLITICIANS.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Founders provided several avenues for the citizens to pursue prior to taking up arms against a tyrannical government. The First amendment provides for:<\/p>\n

The First Amendment<\/a> guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. \u00a0It forbids Congress from both\u00a0promoting one religion over others<\/a>\u00a0and also\u00a0restricting an individual\u2019s religious practices<\/a>. \u00a0It guarantees\u00a0freedom of expression<\/a>\u00a0by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely. \u00a0It also guarantees the right of citizens to\u00a0assemble peaceably and to petition their government<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I have often argued that this could actually have been 5 seperate Amendments to our Constitution. Currently our right to religion, speech and assembly have all come under attack by a political party that wishes to disagree with any point of view that is not in line with theirs. This is the TYRANICAL Government our Founders warned us about.<\/p>\n

Our founders provided the Second Amendment<\/a> provides for…<\/p>\n

Amendment II<\/span><\/h2>\n

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed<\/p>\n

In retrospect these issues were the most important issues of the day. To be able to Worship as you please. To own property, to be able to speak and write freely with out reprisal. To be able to gather without question, and to be afforded the liberty to redress our government with our concerns. To do the afore mentioned they also provided the ability for us to defend ourselves against the very behavior that is occuring today.<\/p>\n

However, Before they established ANY Amendments, or what has become known as the Bill Of Rights<\/a> or the first 10 Amendments to our Constition. The Founders established Article V as a last ditch effort before the use of force to protect ourselves from a TYRANICAL Government.<\/p>\n

Amendment 10<\/span><\/h1>\n

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Article V<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.<\/p>\n
