We the People, United We Stand, Divided We Fall

This is a partial reprint of an article by 17th Special Operation Group

The United States of America, Home of the Brave, Land of the Free. The United States IS We the People. We should always keep this in mind. The greatness of our nation is not just about warriors and our mighty military. It’s about the citizen heroes who have consistently risen up and fought against tyranny and injustice all throughout our history. Within this nation there were many people that used the Law and our Constitution to hold corrupted criminals and tyrants accountable. They did so even while they were shamed, ridiculed, and mocked. Through their bravery and courage, they were able to hold extremely powerful organizations, agencies and politicians accountable. This bravery started with standing up to the most powerful nation in the world, the monarchy of England. Only We the People can make our laws and Constitution work and have done so for 250 years. It takes unimaginable courage and persistence to make that happen.

We cannot forget our heritage and who we are. The American is truly unique in this world. We are new to it in comparison to other civilizations. Free thinking, innovative, full of the spirit of liberty, bravery and independence. The harder we are pushed, the harder we push back. Forged through hardships, struggles and extreme environments, Americans have proven that we become stronger, become closer to God and prevail with our endeavors. Americans are not white, black or brown, but rather red, white and blue. We never bow down to suppression and tyranny, we rise against it. As average people during our self creation, we took on and rose up against the most powerful nation in the world. We are American, proud and true, connected and United together with one living document that preserves our common goals of freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, the United States of America’s Constitution.
